LACE Fellowship Program
About
The Leadership and Community Engagement (LACE) Fellowship offers Bryant students the opportunity to participate in a semester long community engagement and leadership development program. LACE Fellows are exposed to both the theory and practice of service and leadership by engaging in direct service, leadership workshops, professional networking, and reflections. The goal of the program is to use experiential opportunities that foster a student’s leadership development while serving as a catalyst for positive social change and reciprocal community engagement. Student participants will gain skills and networks that will help both their ongoing work as leaders at Bryant and their goals after graduation.
A LACE Fellow performs approximately 175 hours of community service and leadership development training over the course of the academic year (87.5 for a semester). Upon successful completion of the program, the student will receive a stipend of $750 (or $375 for a semester).
